Tom Lambrix is a retired corporate executive, whose 40 year career spanned business, government and academia. His service with the Federal Government included a Presidential appointment to the White House Domestic Policy Staff where he worked on energy and environmental policy for the President. His corporate experience was in the energy and forest product industries, where he rose to Senior Vice President of a Fortune 100 paper company. After leaving the corporate world, Tom spent 17 years as an Adjunct Professor in the business school of Ramapo College of New Jersey. He taught a number of business courses, including the Capstone course for MBA students. Tom has an undergraduate degree in chemistry and a Master of Business Administration, and he has served on a number of non-profit boards over the years.
Tom has been involved with community theater for over twenty years. He has been on the Antrim stage numerous times; his favorite role was as H.C, in The Rainmaker. Tom also has performance credits at the Elmwood Playhouse, Bergen County Players, StageWorks Theater, and the off-Broadway Players Theater in NYC. Tom’s play, Margaret’s Wedding, which he co-wrote with his wife, Maureen and friends, has been produced locally three times. Tom acted in the show and was its director in the most recent performance. Tom and Maureen’s second play, DeBouche’, has also been produced and he directed it as well.
Laurel Salmon is the Chief Executive Officer of CANDLE, a local nonprofit, with 40+ years of enriching and improving the lives of children and their families. Laurel is a Marriage and Family Therapist with a particular passion for social equity and ensuring that all people have access to the tools they need to manage their emotional well-being. Prior to running CANDLE, Laurel ran clinical programs at the Center for Safety and Change, SCO Family of Services and Steinway Child and Family Services. Laurel is on the board of the American Family Therapy Academy and a recipient of their Early Career Award in 2016.
Laurel is so excited to bring her long history in nonprofit leadership and love of community theater to Antrim. Laurel has a BS in Psychology and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family therapy, both from Mercy University.
Although Laurel prefers to work her magic behind the scenes, she never says never to popping up on stage someday.
Allan has a BFA in Dance from the Boston Conservatory of Music. He has spent many years working in many facets of technical theater for theaters in Rockland, Westchester and Bergen County. Allan is a Life Member of Antrim. He also performs on stage having been seen in Antrim’s productions of The Man Who Came to Dinner, Other People’s Money, Dial M For Murder and On Golden Pond.
Edward Van Saders is the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of CCS Fundraising, a global professional service firm serving nonprofit organizations around the world. Edward has 30 years of experience in financial leadership roles across a broad range of start-ups, global media companies, and nonprofits. Prior to joining CCS, Edward was the Chief Strategy Officer of a portfolio of privately owned television stations, leading finance, corporate development, and administration. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of AccuWeather, the digital brand Heavy.com, and the environmental media company EcoMedia (subsequently sold to CBS). Earlier in his career, he held financial leadership positions at NBC-Universal, News Corporation, and the Jim Henson Company.
Edward holds a BFA in Acting and a certificate in nonprofit management from Marymount Manhattan College where he recently concluded a 9-year term on their Board of Trustees.
An actor and singer, Edward has appeared in productions at Elmwood Playhouse, Bergen County Players, and Antrim Playhouse. Long ago, Edward was a member of the St. Patrick’s Cathedral Choir for six year and sang in Central Park for the Papal Mass in 1995.
Edward splits his time between the Rockland County hamlet of Sparkill and Cape Cod with his husband and triplet teenage daughters.
Seth Kaplan has been active with The Antrim Playhouse since 2015, having performed in multiple productions with the theater. He has worked with over a dozen local theaters in New York and New Jersey over the years in a variety of capacities, but is particularly excited to now serve as a Board member for Antrim. He works as Senior Vice President, Legal and People for Weight Watchers, heading up the company’s Legal and Human Resources needs for the past 12 years, and as an adjunct professor at the Hofstra University School of Law. He is a local resident of River Vale, New Jersey – the same town in which he was raised – where he has been very involved in the local community, including volunteering as a travel basketball coach and rec baseball and soccer coach.
Dana Duff is a Performer, Director, Writer, Educator (Tarrytown School District), House Manager (Penguin Rep), Production Assistant (Phoenix Arts Festival) and Event Coordinator (Rockland County Pride Center & CANDLE). Dana resides in Nyack and is very active in the theater community in Rockland. She has been a member of The Antrim Playhouse since 2019. Dana was elected as a board member in 2019, and became Board Secretary in 2020. She has performed in over 100 professional and community productions throughout NJ, NY & NYC. She is proactive in serving her community and creating a positive workspace. She is an Acting Coach for Music For Life, a music therapy group that serves children, teens & adults with all skills, abilities & challenges. Dana has been a vital part of the planning and execution of what will be the new Antrim Theater. She is so excited to bring her passion for collaboration and her ability to engage and empower youth and adults to this new beautiful space.
Doreen DiBenedetto has been active with Antrim since 1998. Presently she is the Treasurer but has also worn many other hats such as a performer, board member, producer and stage manager. She has managed the daily operation of the theater, assisted with all aspects of the sale of the theater in Suffern, NY and the relocation and renovation of the new theater in Tappan, NY. She also has been a board member of two other community theaters in the area. Doreen has performed in over fifty productions in New York and New Jersey. She is the Office Manager/Bookkeeper for a New York City law firm. Doreen is also a member of her Church’s choir. Doreen lives in Suffern with her husband. She has two children and two beautiful granddaughters.

Instrumental in keeping up all operations and a key player in theatre transfer and relocation to a new home in another historic Rockland County town. Strong decision-maker and team leader with extensive experience in the hospitality industry at prominent “landmark” properties. College Professor currently teaching Catering, Special Event Planning, Restaurant and Beverage Management, Hudson Valley Tourism, Capstone and Hospitality. Specializing in creating real world experience and scenarios throughout my extensive theatre background and use of my 50 years of industry experience.
